Ally loves school!!!!! I just talked to her on the phone (she will be going to her Nana's house after school) and she sounds so happy!!!! She rode the bus to her Nana's with a first grader that lives across the street, so she is so excited to have a bus buddy! She told me that they did something with a calendar, didn't have snack until after recess (she said she needs to have a bigger breakfast tomorrow) and that Mrs. Spicer told her she had to wear her "very best clothes" tomorrow for her picture.
TOO CUTE! She really did sound all giddy and excited.......
Scott, Luke and I all walked her to her first day of Kindergarten this morning. Luke actually clapped for her... or so it seemed to us... and so we told her! Ally, herself... actually skipped at one point! She was so excited to go! No tears for any of us. I'm just really happy that she is so happy and confident enough to walk into that classroom and not look back!
It sure does help that she has two friends in there already. Ashlee and she went to ABC preschool together and Jacey and Ally were in Gymnastics together last year. I think that is a HUGE help!!!
I got some pictures.. and a little video... will post them all later tonight if I can!

I can just see her skipping into the school! I am so glad that she wasn't timid or shy at all. That's our Ally!!!!
I'm so glad Ally liked her first day!! Makes it much easier as a Mom! Hope you had a nice holiday weekend.
