Victory for MSU...

We took the kids to the MSU football game yesterday... we tried to introduce them to the full Spartan experience without exposing them to the Tennis Courts and Beer Pong... although, I think Ally would rock at winning Mommy some beer.  :-)))))

We got up bright and early... and warmed up our chicken... packed up our veggies, fruit, chips and beverages (bloody mary's for Mommy and Daddy) and root beer (Ally) and Capri Suns for the kiddos. We made our way up to the Commuter Lot and set up our tailgate.

The kids loved eating and drinking out of the back of the car!  They thought that was pretty cool... as was the "pee cup."  We are a family that refuses to go in the porta-potties.  :-))) So I brought a cup for the kids (and truth be told Mommy) to pee into. Don't judge. It works.  :-))))

And then... we got to ride the bus to the stadium... which was exciting enough for Luke...  :-)  Can't think of a time he's ever been on a bus!  His first field trip is this Thursday and he will go on a real, yellow school bus (which he is ridiculously excited about!!).... but this was just a CATA bus and he got to sit on Daddy's lap.  Still.... a good, good time....

We arrived at the Stadium and the kids were pretty giddy to be in all the excitement that is a Spartan Football game.  So much energy in the air.... it's hard not to bet caught up in it.... we made our way to our seats.... and we were right in aisle, right outside of the Section 17 tunnel entrance.  Perfect for a family! Easy in and out to get food, drink and use the potty!  We loved it!

And you could not have asked for a better game... a glorious shut out! A big win!  Lots of touchdowns and excitement on the field!!!  Luke loved Sparty.... LOVED HIM!  And Zeke the dog, who he got to meet after halftime! So bummed we didn't get a picture of that!  And Ally enjoyed the cheerleaders and MSU motion.  Daddy, of course, loved the game... and I tried to take care of everyone..... and keep everyone happy!  We got snow cones... skittles... carmel corn... and of course, a melting moments ice cream cookie....  :-)

A great day for football!!!!!!
