CRAWLING...

I knew it was going to happen before I even left this weekend. I knew, after spending the day with Luke on Wednesday and just observing him for hours... that he was going to crawl this weekend.  And, sure enough... Saturday afternoon... on the floor of his bedroom... he took his first tentative movements and figured out the motion of the crawl!  Scott was there to witness it... by the time I got home from Chicago yesterday... he had it down!  

He is so deliberate with his motions.... there isn't a lot of grace to it... and it cracks me up!  He can't move too fast, but I can just see that speed will come in time.. probably in NO time!  

Whew... now we're in trouble... the boy is on the move!!!!!  I will try my hardest to remember to charge the video camera and capture it on film so I can share it!  I would take some pictures... but I dropped my camera in Chicago... and killed it!  I was so upset.  I had gotten exactly 13 pictures... captured some of the best moments really, so at least I got Ally and Isabel at the American Girl Place.... but none the less, my camera is dead! Luckily, I always buy the 4 year service plan at Best Buy, so this afternoon, I will be the proud owner of a brand new camera! Service plan... BEST THING EVER for the clumsy!
