She was so proud of her work!! And I was proud to take her picture and kick off the week with it! Last week's pictures consist of weekend photos from our friend's weekend (which I have already blogged!), photos of the snow, Ally's open house at school (and her report card all folded up into a small insert) and Allan's funeral program. Because even though it was sad.... It was a part of our life this past week... And it was an event worth remembering. It was a beautiful service.
Ally's birthday was the entire previous insert!! And I started adding 8 1/2 x 11 inserts to hold "extra" stuff. In this case... Cards and such from her birthday!!!
And then.... The highlight of this journey thus far.... I had the book out on the dining room table... And Scott must have finally looked at it. He comes and finds me putting Ally's clothes away and says... "what you're doing with the pictures... that is amazing... awesome babe...". Ok. He gets it now. :-)
As I look back on the month of January and smile, I can only imagine how I will feel about the year when I look back.
Yay me. :-)
